Haven't really used this spot all that much in a while, as the motivation just wasn't there. Maybe as the new year starts, I can refocus some energy here, just as an exercise.
I re-watched the movie Elizabethtown today for the first time since it came out in the theaters in 2005. At that point, I couldn't say I was that impressed, but apparently, the movie seems to have improved over time. Maybe I'm just a sucker for any movie that uses a road trip as a plot device.
It wasn't the main part of the movie, but what a road trip! Through Kentucky and Tennessee, all the way through the middle of the country. Wish I could get in the car and go.
Soon enough, I may visit at least one of the towns mentioned: Memphis. Hope it's as cool as I imagine it is.
