Wedding

I found out that an old colleague at the famed bookstore is getting married this weekend. Found out through S.
I haven't seen this person in years, but I think she might have been at the bookstore yesterday at the same time as I when I went to look for a Dead CD in the early afternoon. I didn't say anything to her, but oh well. I never knew her all that well.
I find it strange how it can be years before you see an acquiantance again. The order of events that two people must go through to be at the same place at the same time...why today instead of yesterday or a week ago? Is there a reason behind it all, or is it all just organized chaos?
