I spent today basking in the warmth of the sun, laying myself down on my brother's patio so that I could properly bake. Man, that was nice! I had my iPod set on a good mix, the house was absolutely quiet, and there were no clouds in the sky. That warmth I got from that half hour will keep me going for the next few days.
This weekend has gone by absolutely too fast for my taste, and I'm not quite ready for yet another work week. Ug. However, these work weeks have been flying by so fast that I'm never quite prepared for the weekend! I need a vacation, and I have a feeling that the mountains of Tennessee and North Carolina are calling me once more. A call I'll take anytime.
