This entire weekend was one of the best good-weather weekend I've had in Jersey, so at every opportunity I had, I tried to spend it outdoors so that I could soak up as much of the sun as possible. Bloody fantastic! I'm sure it'll start the week off on a fine note.
I finally finished the book "Honeymoon with My Brother.
I think I must get attached to the books I read. Whenever I finish one, it seems there's something like separation anxiety, especially with these travelogues. I got to go somewhere new vicariously through the writers, but at the last page, that's it. Once done, I have to go through my stack of books not yet read, which for some reason just don't seem as interesting as the one I just put down, to determine the next one on the batting order. Odd. None of the books I have seem all that interesting right now!
Does anyone have suggestions? Know of any writers like Bill Bryson or Danny Wallace that I might not be aware of?
