I guess it's been a while since I bothered to write anything on here. I suppose it might be a mix of a lack of motivation and a realization that...nah. Actually, it's not a mix; it's just a lack of motivation, plain and simple.
I watched a movie called The Baxter tonight, and while I got it from netflix, it'll be one I'll have to put in my collection permanently. Made by the same folks that did The State and Wet Hot American Summer, it's a spoof of romantic comedies, written from the perspective of the dude on the business end of a cinderalla story...basically the Bill Pullman character from Sleepless in Seattle.
Classic! I highly recommend it. All I'll say is it can be cringe inducing to see how badly the main character misses signals. Plus, I think there's some clever camera work, using NYC as a backdrop (an ode to Woody Allen).
