I had a nice thanksgiving over at my sister's place in Virginia. We had great food prepared by my brother in law, and I got to watch the Redskins lose on Thursday and the Gators lose on Saturday. At least I got to watch the games.

Overall, the weekend was fine, although my little nephew caused a little bit of grievance for most. So that was nice.

I actually finished that short story for the contest and managed to send it away. Doubt anything will come of it, but I'm happy I got the little bugger out of my hair. I'll set up a link for it shortly.

Also, my high school in tampa had a 10 year class reunion. I only talk to a handful of those I graduated with, and I don't think they decided to go either. It would have interesting to hear what the others are up to, at least for a few minutes. They're most likely married already, with kids coming along shortly, if kids aren't already there. Scary to imagine some of them with kids.

Let me rephrase some of that. I would like to know what some of the people are up to. There were quite a few nice people that you lose contact with, so at least touching base with these folks would be nice. I just spent most of my high school time reading books in the corner somewhere. Damn non-coed schools. That was a major drag which left me basically socially inept. But oh well. I made a handful of excellent friends.
