Bush Trying to Win Over Americans on Iraq
This one is interesting. Bush, somehow, had the support of a whole bunch of people for this Iraq thing. Now, as people are beginning to realize that the administration was basically clueless and didn't think all that much about the outcome, Bush is trying to win them back. You had them at one point, brother, but all the mirrors are breaking in the fun house. Great quote from the article, from the democratic response to Bush's weekend radio address:
"Patriotism and love of country does not demand endless sacrifice on the part of our troops in a war justified by slogans."
Obama's Stand Against Patriot Act Cheered
Yeah privacy! The House passed a provision to stop the gov. from being able to go into libraries and bookstores to get info on what you buy. Now the provision is in the senate. Score one against fascism!

Sorry we're mucking it all up for you, kids. You're gonna have to buy some good mops.
