It's too dark to see what you're stepping in to

It seems as though the infrastructure of the city of Baghdad is a heaping mess. Also, while Baghdad had 24hrs of electricity under saddam's rule, other parts of the country, like Basra, had five. That's odd. They couldn't even produce enough electricity to keep their country alight, yet we suspected them of having "stockpiles of weapons of mass destruction"? While it's easy to blame this administration for the mess we've gotted ourselves into over there, I'm starting to beleive that the people who bought their story hook, line and sinker, without really thinking about it, have some culpability too.
