Famous blue raincoat

I have several umbrellas...I'm sure of it. I just don't know where they are.
Also, I do not have a raincoat...I'm pretty sure of that, too. Along with umbrellas, raincoats are a necessary element of rain-avoidance technology.
I must remedy this situation by no longer misplacing umbrellas and by buying a raincoat. It doesn't have to famous or blue.
