The paradox of choice

I most recently started reading The Paradox of Choice by Barry Schwartz. I suppose reading this might give me a clue as to why I am so hopeless when I find myself in the cereal aisle of the grocery store. Just too damn much to choose from! And, although fairly tangible, the cereal aisle is probably the least of the battles in the war against indecisiveness.
